Llamas Youth is a ministry of the Siler City Pentecostal Holiness Church. We meet every Wednesday at 7pm in our fellowship building.
We are open to ages High School thru College Grad age.

What’s In A Name:
Our name was chosen by our youth as we began this ministry. Each letter in the name has a special meaning: Living Loud And Ministering Among Souls. It sums up what we are all about.

What Does It Mean:
The first two words, "Living Loud", simply state that we are not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ. "And" leaves the door open always for more from God. "Ministering" says that we are not chair-sitters, but active in ministry opportunities. And "Souls" encompasses all our outreach endeavors to bring our community to Jesus Christ!

LLAMAS stands for
L- Living (Romans 12:1)
L- Loud (Romans 1:16)
A- And (there's more)
M- Ministering (Acts 6:4)
A- Among (Philippians 2:15)
S- Souls (James 5:20)

Our Mission:
Our goal is to reach and teach high schoolers and young adults through Praise and Worship and Creative Bible Study to expand God’s Kingdom. We offer many
areas of Outreach Opportunities and Community Involvement.

Our Areas of Service:
We strongly believe in being active in our faith and in our service to the Lord. We offer ministry opportunities weekly in our Praise and Worship. In addition each year we participate in Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan's Purse. Not only do we sponsor the shoebox drive within our church, we also volunteer yearly at the Processing Center in Charlotte, NC. Our members also are a vital part of our Vacation Bible School, Community Easter Egg Hunt, and Trunk or Treat...all huge outreach ministries in our community.

Our Band:
Our Worship Band is "Living Loud", borrowing from the first two words of our name. They provide praise and worship weekly for the Llamas, as well as minister in and around Siler City at other churches, community events and Youth Gatherings. At this writing they are about to release their first CD self-entitled, "Living Loud".
